Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on perishable goods. Once your order has been dispatched, your sale will be final.
Changes to your order
All of our brownie orders are baked fresh for each customer. As a result, once your order has been baked we are unable to make any changes to the products ordered.
For orders sent via 'Royal Mail 1st Class service' or 'International Standard', we are unable to offer a refund should your delivery get lost in the mail. We encourage our UK customers to use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class to ensure delivery.

If a refund has been approved, we will process it within 3 business days. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to show in the original payment method.
